Contract of Travel

Date: 10/01/2025

Parties:

• Waranya Yornima (hereinafter referred to as "Waranya")
• Jirawat Boonkumnerd (hereinafter referred to as "Jirawat")

Whereas, Waranya desires to achieve a high score on the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC); and

Whereas, Jirawat is willing to incentivize Waranya's efforts by offering a travel companion;

Now, Therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Performance Condition: If Waranya successfully scores more than 900 points on the TOEIC, Jirawat agrees to travel abroad with Waranya.

2. Travel Arrangements:

   • The destination of the travel will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
   • The duration and dates of the travel will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
   • All travel expenses, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, and activities, shall be shared equally between the parties, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

3. Evidence of Performance: Waranya shall provide Jirawat with an official copy of her TOEIC score report as proof of achieving the required score.

4. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to this Contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, they agree to submit the dispute to [Specify method of dispute resolution, e.g., mediation, arbitration].

5. Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

6. Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify applicable jurisdiction, e.g., Thailand].

7. Severability: If any provision of this Contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Amendments: This Contract may be amended or modified only by a written instrument signed by both parties.
